Sometimes, these internal problems also ensure that relatively young people start looking much older than their years in age, haggard and rather worn out. When it comes to nutrients, vitamin C is extremely useful as it helps in ensuring that the skin can bear the harmful effects of the rays of the sun or pollutants that reduce the free radicals that are quite harmful to the body. Citrus fruits are quite rich sources of vitamin C.
Similarly, vitamin E is also a rich source of anti oxidants which also removes the harmful effects of the sun on the skin. It is seen that taking certain amounts of this vitamin every day helps in removing the chances of the skin cancer. Using a lotion that has generous amounts of vitamin E can be very beneficial to the skin. In the case of Vitamin A, it helps in acting on dry or chapped skin as it helps in maintenance and repair of skin tissue.
